Why this archive exists

Two brands. Read properly.

Most UK casino directories list two hundred brands and know almost nothing about any of them. We took the opposite approach. Our archive is deliberately small: every entry is a brand we have funded with our own money, verified on the Gambling Commission public register, and cashed out of more than once before writing a single line.

You will find the licence number, the licence holder's legal name and a direct link to the regulator's record at the top of every review — because a licence you cannot check is a licence you should not trust.

01

Verified licences

Account number, full licence number and register link published on every entry.

02

Real cash-outs

Nine timed withdrawals across the archive, on more than one payment route.

03

Plain-English terms

Wagering, stake caps and expiry windows translated out of the small print.

04

Criticism included

Every review lists what we disliked, including for brands that pay us.

The Archive

How an entry earns its place

Six chapters, in order. Select a chapter to read it — the same route is followed for every brand in the archive.

Chapter I

Zinvorex is founded

London, EC2A

Three researchers who had spent years reading regulatory notices for a living started Zinvorex in January 2026 with a narrow remit: cover fewer brands, and cover them properly. No brand enters the archive without a verified Gambling Commission licence and a funded account opened at our own expense.

UK-licensed brands we have reviewed

Both entries below hold, or trade under, an active Gambling Commission operating licence. The licence number and the regulator's own record are printed on the card — check them before you register anywhere.

Before you register anywhere Set a deposit limit on day one, decide what a losing session looks like before you start, and treat any welcome offer as optional. If it has stopped being entertainment, take a time-out or self-exclude through GamStop.

The model

Eight measures, one weighting, no exceptions

Every brand is scored against the same measures with the same weights. Nothing is negotiable and nothing can be purchased. Here is the full model.

25% 01

Licensing & Safety

We confirm the licence on the Gambling Commission public register, record the account and licence number, and check that the trading name is actually covered by it.

20% 02

Withdrawal Speed

We track how long a verified cash-out actually takes, from request to arrival, across debit card, bank transfer and e-wallet routes.

15% 03

Bonus Terms

Wagering multiples, maximum conversion, expiry windows and excluded titles are read line by line and translated into plain English.

12% 04

Content Library

Breadth and quality of slot titles, live dealer tables and studio partners, plus how easy the catalogue is to actually search.

12% 05

Customer Support

We time live chat replies at three points in the day and score the answers for accuracy, not just speed.

10% 06

Safer Gambling Tools

Deposit caps, loss limits, reality checks, time-outs and self-exclusion — how many are offered and how few clicks it takes to reach them.

6% 07

Mobile Experience

Load time, stability and navigation on a mid-range Android handset over a normal 4G connection, not office broadband.

Ongoing 08

Re-verification

Licence records are re-checked against the public register on a rolling 90-day cycle. A licence that lapses is removed from the archive the same week.

Questions

Asked most often

Search the operator on the Gambling Commission public register at gamblingcommission.gov.uk. A legitimate UK operator publishes its licence number and operating company in the website footer, and that number will resolve to an active record on the register. We print the account number, the full licence number and a direct register link on every review in our archive so you can verify it yourself in under a minute.
A white label is a brand that operates under another company’s Gambling Commission licence rather than holding its own. The licensed operator remains legally accountable for compliance, payments and complaint handling. White labels are entirely legal in the UK, but it is worth knowing whose licence you are actually dealing with — which is why we name the licence holder at the top of every review.
Every UKGC licensee must give you access to a free, independent alternative dispute resolution (ADR) provider after eight weeks, or sooner if they issue a deadlock letter. The ADR body is named in the operator’s own terms. The Gambling Commission does not adjudicate individual disputes, but it does want to hear about licensees that behave badly.
Deposits are instant because the operator is receiving money. Withdrawals pass through identity and source-of-funds checks required under UK anti-money-laundering rules, then through the payment network. Completing verification before your first cash-out request removes most of the delay. In our 2026 testing, verified debit card withdrawals cleared in as little as two hours.
If you claim a £50 bonus with 35x wagering, you must place £1,750 in qualifying stakes before the bonus balance and anything won from it can be withdrawn. Different titles contribute at different rates — slots usually 100%, table content often 10% or nothing. Always check the maximum stake rule too: exceeding it while a bonus is live can void the balance entirely.
