Privacy Policy

What personal data we collect, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it under the UK GDPR.

1. Who controls your data

Zinvorex Editorial Ltd, trading as Zinvorex, is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. We are registered in England and Wales under company number 16482207, at 5th Floor, 86–90 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NE, United Kingdom. Data protection enquiries: editorial@zinvorex.co.uk.

2. Our approach in one paragraph

We are a publisher, not an operator. We do not run accounts, hold funds or process payments, so we have no reason to collect the kind of data a casino collects. We ask for personal data in exactly one place — our contact form — and we use it for exactly one purpose: replying to you. Everything else we collect is anonymous or aggregated, and non-essential cookies are set only after you agree.

3. What we collect

a. Information you give us

If you use our contact form or email us, we receive your name, your email address, the subject you selected and the content of your message. Please do not send us financial details, account passwords or identity documents — we never need them and will delete them if received.

b. Information collected automatically

Our web server records standard technical log data for every request: IP address, date and time, the page requested, HTTP status, referring page and browser user-agent. This is ordinary server operation, used for security, fraud prevention and diagnosing faults.

c. Information from cookies

Strictly necessary cookies keep the website working and remember your cookie choice. If — and only if — you accept, we also set analytics cookies that measure which pages are read. See our Cookie Policy for the full table.

d. What we do not collect

We do not collect special category data, we do not build advertising profiles, we do not operate a mailing list, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

4. Why we use it, and our lawful basis

Where we rely on legitimate interests, we have carried out a balancing assessment and concluded that our interest in answering correspondence and keeping the website secure does not override your rights. You may object at any time (see section 10).

5. Cookies and analytics

No non-essential cookie is set before you make a choice in our consent banner. If you select "Reject non-essential", we set no analytics cookie at all. Any analytics we use is configured to anonymise IP addresses and is never used to identify an individual or to build an advertising profile. Full details, including cookie names and lifespans, are in the Cookie Policy, and you can change your choice at any time from the footer of any page.

6. Who we share data with

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing. We share it only with:

  • Our hosting provider, which processes server logs on our behalf under a written data processing agreement;
  • Our email provider, which delivers and stores the messages you send us;
  • Professional advisers or authorities, where we are legally required to disclose information.

Operators we review are not given your details. If you follow a link to an operator, you leave this website and that operator becomes an independent controller of anything you then give them, under their own privacy policy.

7. International transfers

We aim to keep personal data within the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area. Where a provider processes data outside those areas, we rely on UK adequacy regulations or on the International Data Transfer Agreement / UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, together with any additional safeguards required.

8. How long we keep data

  • Contact messages: up to 24 months from your last correspondence, then deleted.
  • Server logs: up to 90 days, then deleted or aggregated.
  • Analytics data: up to 14 months in aggregated form.
  • Consent records: for as long as the consent cookie lives (12 months), so we can show your choice was respected.

9. How we protect it

This website is served over HTTPS with modern transport security, a strict content security policy and standard hardening headers. Access to correspondence is limited to the editorial team members who need it. We keep no database of visitor accounts, because we do not have visitor accounts — the smallest amount of data is the safest amount.

10. Your rights

Under the UK GDPR you have the right to: be informed; request access to your data; have inaccurate data corrected; request erasure; restrict processing; data portability; object to processing based on legitimate interests; and withdraw consent at any time where consent is the basis.

To exercise any of these, email editorial@zinvorex.co.uk with "Data request" in the subject line. We respond within one calendar month, free of charge. We may ask a question or two to confirm the request comes from you.

11. Children

This website is for adults aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

12. Other websites

Links to operators and support organisations lead to websites we do not control. This policy does not apply to them. Please read the privacy policy of any website you visit through a link here.

13. Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, please tell us first — we would rather fix it. You also have the right to complain to the UK supervisory authority: the Information Commissioner's Office, Wycliffe House, Water Lane, Wilmslow, Cheshire SK9 5AF, telephone 0303 123 1113, ico.org.uk.

14. Changes and contact

We review this policy at least once a year and whenever our practices change. The "last updated" date above shows the current version. For anything privacy-related, write to editorial@zinvorex.co.uk or Zinvorex Editorial Ltd, 5th Floor, 86–90 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NE, United Kingdom.
